Our Cannonau of Sardegna rosé DOC, represents our desire to make this amazing plant (Cannonau) appreciated in all its facets, which shows that even in areas with light soils it can express itself at its best.
Grape variety: selection of Cannonau grapes (100mslm).
Classification: Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato.
Vinification: harvest by hand, fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Apparence: pale pink, with vivid coppery reflections. A nice texture.
Scent: Rose petals and peony, fragrant hints of citrus, strawberry tree and pomegranate. Hints of aromatic herbs followed by subtle iodized and brackish notes. .
Taste: slender, thirst-quenching and harmonious sip. Drink full, dynamic and balanced. Sapidity a slight tannic sensation that contributes to the beautiful structure of the wine. A pleasant persistence.
Storage: stainless steel.
Alcohol: 13% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
